Your Responsibilities

  • Organize travel arrangements for employees, including flights, car rentals, and hotels, in accordance with company policies
  • Welcome and assist visitors, both internal and external, ensuring a professional and hospitable environment
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements, lunches, and events with local and international partners
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory (stationery, printing materials, etc.)
  • Support office staff with administrative needs and general organizational tasks
  • Manage calendars for office management, organize meetings, and facilitate communication via email, phone, and other channels
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations with a hands-on, proactive approach

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and online tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Proactive, resilient, and action-oriented personality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
