About the Programme

You are passionate about logistics, operations, and the dynamic world of oil trading. With an eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership, you will support the smooth and efficient execution of our oil trades across global markets.

Your Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operations of oil trading activities, including logistics coordination, documentation, and contract execution
Liaise closely with traders, shipping teams, suppliers, receivers, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate flow of information
Monitor and update shipment schedules, loading programs, and vessel nominations
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, operational procedures, and industry standards
Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and letters of credit
Support the resolution of operational claims, demurrage calculations, and loss adjustments
Maintain and update internal systems with operational and commercial data
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including finance, risk, and trade finance teams to ensure seamless transaction flow
Provide operational support for new trades and assist in onboarding of new counterparties and service providers

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in oil operations, logistics, or commodity trading environment
Strong understanding of shipping documents, Incoterms, and operational procedures
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach
