About the Programme

You are a seasoned metal trader who understands both sourcing and sales in the aluminum business. You want to work with a reliable partner who already delivers to major industrial clients across Europe. At German Commodities Group GmbH, you will manage high-value relationships, execute strategic trades, and help shape the future of sustainable aluminum supply.

Your Responsibilities

Manage and grow our portfolio of global aluminum suppliers across key production regions (Africa, South America, Asia)
Maintain high-value relationships with industrial clients throughout Europe, with a strong focus on long-term contracts and recurring volumes
Structure and execute physical aluminum trades based on LME-linked pricing and tailored delivery terms
Ensure full-cycle trade execution in close cooperation with logistics, operations, and compliance teams
Identify opportunities based on market developments, client feedback, and pricing dynamics
Participate in international industry events and position GCG as a leading partner for sustainable and reliable aluminum supply
Contribute to innovation in trading practices and help advance our digital and data-driven capabilities

Your Profile

Strong background in aluminum or industrial metals trading
Comprehensive understanding of procurement logic, B2B relationship management, and LME trading structures
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high-value contracts across diverse market conditions
Confident communicator with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution skills
Comfortable working independently and across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English; German, French, or Spanish are an advantage
