Our Graduate Program is aimed at university graduates who want to take the next step and start their career in a global, dynamic environment. The structured program offers you the opportunity to get to know different business areas, gain practical experience and develop both professionally and personally.

During the program, you will actively participate in ongoing projects, take on responsibility right from the start and get to know our company processes first-hand - be it in the areas of retail, logistics, finance or technology. We will support you with targeted mentoring, practical training and regular feedback.

Minimum requirements

  • At least a 2.1 Bachelor's degree or a GPA of 3.4 (or equivalent) in any subject area
  • Fluency in English
