Gas

Natural gas has long been an integral part of the European energy mix - accelerated by the expansion of liquefied natural gas (LNG), a flexible energy source that can be reliably transported over long distances to wherever it is needed.

With the increase in demand for electricity and the transition to lower-CO₂ technologies, natural gas will remain indispensable in the short term - especially as a bridging technology for industry, power plants and the heating sector.
